络筒机自动循迹坐车的研制

为解决半自动络筒机和改造后的1332型络筒机没有适配人坐小车的问题,设计了一种络筒机自动循迹人坐小车。小车采用独立结构与主机完全脱开,用蓄电池作为电源、直流电动机作为动力源直接驱动。通过安装的光电检测器,自动寻找地面上所划的油漆标线,用电子差速方式控制各个车轮的转速,完成小车的转向控制,使小车自动沿着油漆标线向前运行。由单片机作为核心控制部分,控制器具有变频效果,可调节运行速度。小车以脚踏操纵,控制小车的启动、调速、制动、前进、后退。这种人坐小车还适用于捻线机、并纱机等其他工种挡车工人摆纱、巡检和操作。

The semi automatic winder and the transformation of 1332 winding machine are lack of the car for worker now.In order to solve this problem,a design of automatic tracking car for cone winder is introduced.The automatic tracking car is equiped with independent structure that completely separated with main motor.The battery is used as the power supply,and DC motor direct drive is a power source.The photoelectric detector is installed,which could automatically find the plan ground paint marking and control of each wheel with electronic differential speed steering mode,complete control of the car.The car can automatically with run forward along the paint marking.By using the microcontroller as the core control part,the controller is frequency effect that can adjust the speed.The car is controlled by pedal foot,and it could control the car to start,speed,braking,forward and backward.Not only is suitable for the winding machine,and is suitable for twisting machine,machine and other types of car workers put yarn,inspection and operation.
