摘要
为开发多轴向经编机的成圈运动装置,需要熟知其部件复合针的缝缀工艺及运动要求,为此,分析了多轴向经编机编织工艺过程。结果表明:复合针的运动包括实现垫纱、套圈和脱圈的上下直线运动,以及避免织针与纱线层之间产生干涉的前后直线运动;得出绑缚节距、牵拉辊转速、纱线层牵拉速度与织针前后运动动程之间的关系;复合针中槽针和针芯的上下直线运动要求为在一个极限位置具有停歇的往复运动,复合针的前后运动要求为无停歇的往复运动。
The stitching process and the moving requirements of the compound needles are the basis for developing loop-forming equipment in a multi-axial warp knitting machine.The loop-forming process of the multi-axial warp knitting machine indicated that the motion of the compound needles includes the vertical motion in the lapping,loop-making,and knock-over processes,and the horizontal motion for avoiding interference occurrence between the compound needles and the yarn layers.Furthermore,the relationship between the loop space,and moving velocity of the withdrawal roll and yarn layers,as well as the horizontal motion process of the compound needles has also been analyzed.The vertical motion of requires is a reciprocating but discontinuous motion in a limited position,while the horizontal motion required is a reciprocating and continuous motion.
