摘要
针对现阶段存在的静电纺丝模式进行了归纳与分析,其中常规纺丝模式包括点-板、线-板、板-板静电纺丝;高效纺丝模式包括多喷头、无喷头静电纺丝;特殊纺丝模式包括同轴、近电场、离心静电纺丝。对各模式的纺丝特点、技术优缺点、适用性等技术进展情况进行了总结,可为静电纺丝新模式的发展提供参考。
This article mainly aims at summarizing and analyzing the current electrospinning modes.The first is the conventional spinning mode,which includes electrospinning of point-plate,line-plate and plate-plate.The second is the efficient spinning mode,which includes electrospinning of multi-nozzle and nozzle-free.The third is the special spinning mode,which includes electrospinning of coaxial,near-field and centrifugal.The spinning features,technical advantages and disadvantages,and applicability of each mode were summarized.The article can provide a reference for the development of electrospinning new mode.
