The Reform Course of Culture System Since the Sixteenth CPC National Congress

党的十六大以来,针对影响文化发展的机制障碍和体制弊端,针对制约文化发展的难点问题,文化体制改革在试点基础上不断加强文化改革发展的总体设计和长期规划,加快推进,初步走出了一条中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,为整个中国特色社会主义道路的探索做出巨大贡献。党的十八大之后,与全面深化改革的部署和要求相适应,文化体制改革不断加强顶层设计,推动文化改革与发展进入新的阶段。

Since the 16 th CPC National Congress, aiming at the institutionalobstacles and difficult problems that hampered the culture development, the reform continued to strengthen its overall design and long-term planning on the basis of experimental units. With the accelerated implementation, we tentatively explored a path for cultural development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which has made a great contribution to the exploration of Chinese socialist road. Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, in order to adapt with the deployments and requirements of the comprehensively deepen reform, the culture system reform has continuously strengthened the top-level design and promoted the cultural reform and development into a new stage.
