摘要
电磁频谱管理是保证电磁空间安全的重要支撑。针对复杂电磁空间中电磁频谱管理的热点问题,分析了电磁频谱管理的重点难点,从体系、政策和技术等方面提出了电磁频谱管理的建议,为现代战场电磁频谱管理研究提供了参考。
Electromagnetic spectrum management is a key support to ensure the safety of electro-magnetic space. For the hot issues of the current battlefield electromagnetic spectrum manage-ment, the difficulties of electromagnetic spectrum management are analyzed, and some sugges-tions are put forward from the aspects of system, policy and technology.
