摘要
我国在校大学生平均年龄在20岁,这个年龄阶段处于青春期向成熟期转变的阶段,能量和各种营养素需要量大,食堂集体就餐是在校大学生主要的伙食保障形式。通过对大学生的营养现状进行分析,设计简易营养食谱,从而保证大学生的营养健康。
The undergraduate ' s average age is 20 in our country which is the transition from youth to maturity. During this period, they need large amount of energy and various nutrients. Eating in canteen is the main guarantee for nutrition. The simple way of food preparation in this paper is not only convenient for the pantry man operation, but also ensure students' nutrition. This could be a guidance in diet.
