摘要 特发性膜性肾病(IMN)的发病机制尚未完全阐释清楚。目前研究认为,IMN的发病与足细胞密切相关,在其免疫发病机制中,足细胞既是靶细胞又是主动参与者。足细胞结构复杂且功能特殊,其表达的CD2相关蛋白、CXC趋化因子配体16、新生儿Fc受体参与了IMN足细胞免疫损伤的过程。探索及阐释其发生机制可为临床有效防治IMN提供理论依据。 Idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN) is a common cause of adult nephritic syndrome. The pathogenesis of IMN has not been fully elucidated. Current studies suggest the immune pathogenesis of IMN is closely associated with podocyte, which is not only a target cell but also an active participant. Podocyte has complex structures and special functions, and it can express CD2 associated protein, CXCL chemokine ligand 16 ,neonatal Fc receptor which participate in the podocyte injury of IMN. To explore and explain its mechanism can provide theoretical basis for clinical effective prevention and treatment of IMN.
