摘要
原癌基因Shc家族包含ShcA、ShcB、ShcC和ShcD 4个基因成员,可编码7种衔接分子。其表达分布和作用广泛。Shc可以通过磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/苏氨酸激酶信号通路和Ras-Raf-膜受体酪氨酸蛋白激酶等信号通路,参与氧化应激及各种生理功能的调控。ShcA可参与早期心血管系统及神经系统形态发生,且参与心脏结构功能的维护。该文就近年来Shc的研究进展予以综述。
Proto-oncogene Shc family encoding seven sorts of cohesion is consisted of four gene members named as ShcA ShcB ShcC and ShcD respectively. It is widely expressed and has extensive roles. Shc family plays a pivotal role in regulating oxidative stress and various physiological functions through activation of PI3K/Akt and Ras-raf-MAPK signal pathway. ShcA participates in the early morphogenesis of cardiovsscular system and nervous system and is highly involved in maintenance of heart structure and function. Here is to make a review of the advance in research of Shc family in recent years.
