摘要 龋齿被世界卫生组织列为人类三大重点防治疾病之一,牙酸蚀症近年来也有较高的发病率,龋病和牙酸蚀症对牙齿健康的危害不容忽视。而氟及氟化物目前已被证实是最有效的防龋抗脱矿物质,并在全世界范围内得到广泛的应用。氟化物的应用可以抑制牙釉质的脱矿并能促进釉质表面再矿化,从而提高釉质的抗酸蚀性和耐磨性。 Dental caries is listed as one of the top three diseases to be prevented by World Health Organization. There has been a high incidence of dental erosion in recent years, the harm to the dental health caused by dental caries and dental erosion can not be ignored. Fluorine and fluoride has been proved to be the most effective substance to prevent caries and demineralization, and has been widely used all over the world. Research has shown that, the application of fluoride can inhibit enamel demineralization and promote remineralization on the surface of enamel, thereby enhance the acidresistance and abrasion resistance of the enamel.
