摘要
MicroRNA(miRNA)是一个非编码RNA,能在转录后水平调控基因的表达,广泛地存在于真核细胞内。miRNA与胰岛素抵抗以及血糖调控过程密切相关,同时也与脂代谢、动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展紧密联系,而糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、高血脂、动脉粥样硬化以及高血压是代谢综合征的主要表现。因此,研究miRNA与代谢综合征的关系可进一步阐明代谢综合征的发病机制,并为其预防和治疗提供新的方向。
MicroRNA (miRNA)is a noncoding RNA in animals and plants, which could regulate gene expression at the post transcriptional level. It widely exists in eukaryotic cells and plays an important role in their life process. MiRNA is closely related to insulin resistance and glucose regulation, as well as lipid metabolism. It also involves in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. The metabolic syndrome is a complex series of metabolic disorder, including diabetes mellitus,insulin resistance, hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis and hypertension. Therefore, study on the relationship between metabolic syndrome and miRNA can further clarify the pathogenesis of the metabolic syndreme,and provide a new direction for its prevention and treatment.
