摘要 由于乳腺X线检查是早期检出乳腺癌较为有效的手段,大大地降低了乳腺癌的病死率,但是X线片上乳腺组织重叠而影响了病变检出率。数字乳腺断层摄影(DBT)是一项新的乳腺摄影方法,它通过一系列不同角度对乳腺进行快速采集,获取不同投影角度下的小剂量投影数据,可回顾性重建出与探测器平面平行的乳腺任意深度层面X线密度投影。DBT有效地避免了因为组织重叠而造成的误诊,降低了复检率,减少了不必要的活检,提高了病灶检出率。 Mammography is the most effective means of early detection of breast cancer,which greatly reduces the mortality of breast cancer. But the detection rate of lesions are affected by the breast tissue overlap in X-ray films. Digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) is a new method of mammography. It can obtain a series of small dose of projection data by projecting through breast from different angles. Consequently,it can retrospectively reconstruct the breast's X-ray density projection in any depth level that parallel to the detector plane. Therefore, DBT can effectively avoid misdiagnosis caused by tissue overlapping, and reduce the reexamination rate, unnecessary biopsies and improve the detection rate of lesions.
