宫颈癌存活蛋白的表达及其与预后的关系

Expression of Survivin in Cervical Cancer and Its Relationship with Prognosis

目的 研究宫颈癌组织及癌旁组织存活蛋白的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法 收集2007年1月至2009年12月徐州市中心医院收治的70例手术切除的临床病理资料保存完整的宫颈癌石蜡切块,癌旁组织取自距癌组织0.5~1.0 cm,应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测宫颈癌组织及癌旁组织中存活蛋白的表达情况,分析其与宫颈癌临床病理特点及预后的关系。结果 存活蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达阳性率高于癌旁组织（65.7%vs 21.4%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。存活蛋白表达与患者性别、年龄、淋巴结转移、临床分期均无关（P〉0.05）,其阳性表达与肿瘤细胞分化程度、临床分期有关（P〈0.05）。生存曲线提示存活蛋白低表达组与高表达组比较具有生存优势,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 存活蛋白可能与宫颈癌的发生、发展有关,对判断宫颈癌的预后有一定的价值。

Objective To study the expression of Survivin in cervical cancer tissues and adjacent tissues and its relationship with the prognosis. Methods The wax samples of 70 cases of patients with cervical cancer admitted in Xuzhou Central Hospital from Jan. 2007 to Dec. 2009 were collected. Adjacent tissues were obtained 0.5-1.0 cm away from the carcinoma tissues. The expression of survivin was detected using S- P immunohistochemical assay in cervical carcinoma and adjacent tissues. The relationship of expression level of survivin in cervical carcinoma with the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of survivin in cervical carcinoma tissues was higher than the adjacent tissues（65.7% vs 21.4% ）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Expression of surviving had nothing to do with gender, age,lymph node metastasis and clinical stages （P 〉 0.05 ） ,while the positive expression rate of surviving was related to the degree of tumor cell differentiation and clinical stages （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Survival curves showed that the low expression of survivin had advantage over the high expression of survivin, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Survivin is related to the incidence and progression of cervical carcinoma,therefore,is important to the prognosis of cervical carcinoma.
