出血性脑梗死患者血清C反应蛋白的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Serum C-reactive Protein in Patients with Hemorrhagic Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨出血性脑梗死(HI)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化与HI发生的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法对苏州市相城人民医院神经内科2009年1月至2012年12月收治的26例HI患者组和同期随机抽取的40例非出血性脑梗死患者组进行血清CRP测定;健康对照组系40例同期正常健康体检者。对三组受试者血清CRP进行比较,并分析其临床意义。结果非出血性脑梗死组CRP水平显著高于健康对照组[(23.33±1.87)mg/L vs(1.68±0.57)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。HI组CRP显著高于非出血性脑梗死组[(29.65±1.23)mg/L vs(21.02±1.57)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HI患者血清CRP浓度明显高于非出血性脑梗死患者和健康人群,据此血清CRP可作为预测HI的发生指标,及时降低血清CRP可能有助于减少出血风险。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the change of serum C-reactive protein （CRP） level with hemorrhagic infarction（HI）. Methods serum C-reactive protein levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay A total of 26 cases of hemorrhagic infarction patients admitted in Department of Neurology, Xiang County People＇s Hospital from Jan. 2009 to Dec. 2012 were collected as the HI group, and 40 cases of other patients admitted in the hospital during the same period were collected as the non-HI group, and another 40 cases of patients under health examination during the same period were collected as the control group. The serum C-reactive protein levels of the three groups were detected and compared, moreover,it＇s the clinical significance was analyzed. Results The CRP level of the non-HI group was higher than the control group [ （ 23.33 ± 1.87 ） mg/L vs （ 1.68 ± 0.57 ） mg/L ], the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. And the CRP level of the HI group was higher than non-HI group [ （29.65±1.23） mg/L vs （21.02± 1.57） mg/L] ,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum CRP levels of HI patients were significantly higher than the non-HI patients and healthy people, so the serum CRP level can be used as an index to predict the occurrence of HI, besides, timely lower serum CRP level can help to reduce the risk of bleeding.
