脂氧素在炎症性肠病中的作用机制 被引量:2

摘要 炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一组病因不明的慢性肠道炎症性疾病,包括溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis)和克罗恩病(Crohn's disease),其发病机制尚不清楚,目前认为可能是肠道细菌及其代谢产物作用于基因易感性宿主使之产生异常的免疫反应所致,并且免疫异常在IBD肠道炎症的起始和持续发展中起着重要作用。
