损伤控制性手术逆转肝外伤凝血功能障碍的诊治体会 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨损伤控制性手术(DCS)逆转凝血功能障碍治疗严重肝脏创伤的可行性及有效性。方法回顾性分析采用DCS原则治疗27例严重肝脏创伤患者的临床资料。结果 27例患者均经DCS治疗,在ICU复苏期间监测患者的术后引流量和凝血功能,治愈25例(92.59%)。死亡2例(7.40%),死亡原因与手术无关。结论对严重肝脏创伤患者,实施DCS策略,尽早逆转凝血功能障碍,可提高抢救成功率。
