Discussion of Colored Spinning Sampling Technology

探讨色纺打样技术。阐述了色纺打样的必要性、常用的几种打样方法及相关要求。以微样法为例,提出了使用的设备仪器和具体操作要点。指出打样是进行色纺生产的基本前提,也是满足色纺用户质量要求的核心技术之一。微样法、小样法、大样法等几种打样方法分别具有不同的特点和适用范围。认为:在实际生产中应依照具体情况灵活搭配选用,以取得良好的打样效果,满足色纺纱质量要求。

Technology of colored spinning sampling was discussed. Necessity of colored spinning sampling, meth- ods and requirements of several commonly used sampling methods were explained. Taking micro-sampling method as ex- ample, equipment instrument and specific operation points were proposed. It is pointed out that sampling is the basic premise of colored spinning production and core technology of satisfying the quality requirements. Characteristics and application scope micro-sampling method, little sampling method and large-sampling method are different. It is considered that in order to achieve better sampling effect and reach the quality requirements, the selection should be flexible according to specific circumstances in actual production.
