防水透湿织物服用性能的影响因素分析 被引量:10

摘要 探讨防水透湿织物重要服用性能的影响因素。制造了46种不同面料或里料、不同复合方式(涂层及层压)、不同组合方式的防水透湿织物,对其防风保暖性、透湿性、防水性及抗撕破性进行了测试与分析。结果表明:相同面料的涂层及膜层压织物保暖性相差不大;厚重蓬松里料对层压织物主要起保暖作用;轻薄透里料对层压织物的膜具有保护作用;微孔膜层压织物的透湿性最好,湿法与转移涂层织物的透湿性较好;防水透湿织物的抗沾水能力主要取决于面料的抗沾水性,抗渗水性主要取决于层压膜或涂层的抗渗水性;伸缩性较大的面料利于提高防水透湿织物的撕裂强力,复合伸缩性较大的里料可以增大三层层压织物的撕裂强力。认为在户外运动服装面料的设计开发中应针对需要选择合适的面料、里料以及处理方式。 Influence factor of waterproof and moisture permeable fabric wearability were discussed. 46 kinds of waterproof and moisture permeable fabric with different fabrics or linings, different composite styles and different combinations were produced. Windproof warmth retention property, moisture permeability, waterproof and tear resistance of the fabrics were tested and analyzed. The resuh shows that warmth retention property of same fabric coating and film laminated fabric are more or less. Warmth retention property of laminated fabrics is kept by thick fluffy lining mainly. Thin transpar- ent lining has a protective effect for laminated fabric. Moisture permeability of microporous film laminated fabric is the best. Moisture permeability of wet process and transfer coated fabric are better. Anti-wet capacity of waterproof moisture permeable fabric primarily depended by fabric wet-resistant. Water permeability resistance is mainly depended by wet-re- sistant of laminated film or coating. Larger sealability fabric is beneficial to improve tear strength of waterproof and moisture permeable fabric. Tear strength of three laminated fabric can be increased by larger composite elasticity lining. It is considered that the fabrics, materials and disposal methods should be selected in the design of outdoor sports apparel fabrics.
