摘要
目的研究积极应对与职业倦怠的关系以及心理弹性的中介作用。方法采用应对方式量表、职业倦怠量表、心理弹性量表对某综合医院375名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士职业倦怠总均分为(2.06±0.92)分,职业倦怠各维度得分由高到低依次是情绪耗竭(2.35±1.30)分、成就感低(2.09±0.92)分和人格解体(1.66±1.27)分。心理弹性、积极应对与职业倦怠及各维度均呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。中介效应分析显示,积极应对可以预测临床护士职业倦怠总变异的12%,心理弹性可以部分中介积极应对职业倦怠,其中介效应为9.1%。结论心理弹性在缓解临床护士职业倦怠中发挥重要作用,增强护士的心理弹性是缓解临床护士职业倦怠的有效途径。
Objective To study the relationship between positive coping style and job burnout, and to identify the mediating role of psychological resilience among them. Method 375 nurses was participated in the questionnaires survey using coping style scale, Burnout Inventory and Mental flexibility Scale. Result The mean score of job burnout is (2.06±0.92) and the mean scores of subscale from high to low are emotional exhaustion (2.35± 1.30), personal accomplishment (2.09±0.92) and personality dissociation (1.66± 1.27) respectively. Psychological resilience and positive coping style are both negatively associated with job burnout(P〈0.01). Mediating effect analysis showed that positive response can predict 12% of the total variance in clinical nurse burnout. Psychological resilience can be partially positive response to the impact of job burnout. It's mediating effect was 9.1%. Conclusion Psychological resilience plays an important mediating role to reduce clinical nurse job burnout. Enhancing resilience is an effective access to reduce the job burnout of clinical nurses.
