摘要
为制备高水分散性金红石型钛白产品,以硅酸钠和铝酸钠作为包膜剂,利用化学液相沉积法对金红石型钛白初品进行了硅铝双包膜。本文重点研究了不同硅包膜条件下对产品性能的影响,得到最佳的包膜pH、温度、包膜剂浓度及包膜时间等工艺条件。双包膜中的优化工艺条件为:TiO2浆料的浓度为150g/L,包膜剂浓度为50g/L、pH值为4.5,温度为70℃,包膜时间70min。经过包膜样品的分散性和稳定性等性能得到了明显改善,白度提高了3%。
For preparation of high water dispersible rutile titania,sodium silicate and sodium aluminate are used as coating agent,and chemical liquid method is used to manufacture rutile titania with the Si and Al double coated. Focuses is put on the effect of different silicon coating condition's on the product properties, so as to get the best conditions of coating pH value,temperature, coating agent concentration and coating time. Optimized conditions for double envelopeis are that concentration of TiOz slurry for 150 g/L,coating agent concentration is 50 g/L,pH value is 4. 5, temperature 70 ℃, coated time 70 min. The double coated preparation improves the dispersion and stability performance significantly and enhances the whiteness by 3%.
