摘要
目的制备并鉴定盐酸胺碘酮羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物(Ami-HP-β-CD)。方法运用溶液搅拌法制备AmiHP-β-CD包合物,考察溶剂极性对包合物溶解度的影响及介质的稳定性,利用UV、DSC、FT-IR、1HNMR等方法鉴定包合物的结构。结果低极性溶剂的加入使包合物的溶解度增加,包合前后物质的波谱图存在显著差异。结论 HP-β-CD能显著提高Ami的溶解度及溶出速率,低极性溶剂有利于包合物的溶解。波谱方法显示新的物象特征,表明了包合物的形成。
OBJECTIVE To prepare inclusion complex of amiodarone hydrochloride with hydroxypropylr - β - cyclodextrin ( Ami - HP - β - CD) which was then characterized through spectroscopy method. METHODS Solution - stirring method was utilized to prepare the inclusion complex of Ami - HP - β - CD, meanwhile solution of the drug included in complex and the stability of the inclu- sion complex were also investigated. The structure of Ami - HP - β - CD was characterized by FI - IR, DSC, UV and 1 HNMR method. RESULTS The solubility of the drug was found to be improved in the process of experiment added with low polar solvent. And the changes in the spectroscopy proved the formation of Ami - HP - β - CD inclusion complex. CONCLUSION The addition of low polar solvent is useful to the improvement of the solubility of the Inclusion complex. As the speetrophotometric examination shows that the Ami - HP - β - CD inclusion complex has been successfully prepared.
