摘要
目的完善黄葵子的质量标准。方法对黄葵子药材进行基源考证,及水分、总灰分、浸出物和亚油酸含量的测定。结果确定黄葵子的基源为锦葵科植物黄蜀葵Abelmoschus manihot,其药材水分不得超过12.0%、总灰分不得超过6.0%、浸出物不得少于15.0%、亚油酸含量不得少于5.0%。结论所用方法有利于完善黄葵子的质量标准。
OBJECTIVE To improve the quality standard of Huangkuizi. METHODS The original plant was researched. The mois- ture,total ash,extract and linoleic acid of Huangkuizi were determined. RESULTS The original plant of Huangkuizi is Abelmoschus manihot ( L. ) Medic. The moisture should not exceed 12.0%, and total ash not exceed 6.0%, and extract should not be less than 15.0% ,and linoleic acid not less than 5.0% in Huangkuizi. CONCLUSION The method could improve the quality standard of Huangkuizi.
