一测多评法测定一清胶囊中的5种大黄蒽醌类成分

Determination of five anthraquinones in Yiqing capsules by QAMS

目的采用一测多评法测定一清胶囊中大黄蒽醌类成分的含量。方法以一清胶囊为研究对象,分别用外标法和一测多评法测定一清胶囊中5种蒽醌类成分的含量,并对测定结果进行比较。结果各成分的相对校正因子重复性良好。两种方法的测定结果间无显著性差异。结论一测多评法的测定结果准确,可用于一清胶囊中蒽醌类成分的质量分析。

OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of five rhubarb anthraquinones in Yiqing capsules by quantitative analysis of multi -component with a single -marker（QAMS）. METHODS The relative correlation factors （RCF） of Aloe emodin, rhein, chry- sophanol and physcion to emodin were calculated and evaluated. The contents of these five anthraquinones were determined by QAMS, respectively, and compared to the results from the two different methods. RESULTS RCF of components displayed good reproducibil- ities. The two methods do not show significant difference in results. CONCLUSION The QAMS method is accurate and suitable to evaluate quantity of anthraquinones in Yiqing capsules.
