不同枣吊类型枣果实矿质元素变化规律研究

A Study of Change of Mineral Elements in Fruits of Different Types of Jujube Bearing Branches

以8年生壶瓶枣为试材,研究了不同枣吊类型枣果实生长发育期矿质元素含量的变化规律。结果表明:不同枣吊类型枣果实矿质元素含量的变化基本相同。其中,幼果期K、Ca、Mn、Fe、P、B元素的含量较高;幼果期至果实膨大期,K、Ca、Mn、Fe、P元素的含量均呈下降趋势;果实膨大期之后,P元素含量先上升后下降,Fe元素含量呈上升趋势,K、Ca、Mn、B元素的含量呈下降趋势;B元素含量在果实膨大期最高,随后呈现下降趋势。木质化枣吊果实P、K元素的含量比非木质化枣吊果实的含量高,Mn、B元素含量则是非木质化枣吊果实含量高于木质化枣吊果实,不同枣吊类型枣果实Ca、Fe元素含量差异不大。

A Study was made on the change of the contents of the mineral elements in the fruits on different types of jujube bearing branches during the growth period with 8 years＇ old pot-bottle jujubes as the test materials. The results showed that the changes of the contents of the mineral elements in the fruits on different types of jujube bearing branches were basically the same. The contents of the elements such as K, Ca, Mn, Fe, P, and B were relatively higher during the young fruit pe-riod; the contents of the elements such as K, Ca, Mn, Fe and P during the young fruit period to the fruit enlargement peri-od were on the decline; after the fruit enlargement period, the content of P was on the rise first and then on the decline, the content of Fe was on the rise and the contents of K, Ca, Mn and B were on the decline; the content of B was the highest during the fruit enlargement period and then on the decline. The contents of the P and K in the fruits on the ligni-fied bearing branches were higher than those of the non lignified bearing branches and the contents of Mn and B in the fruits on the non lignified bearing branches were higher than those of the lignified bearing branches. The differences between the contents of Ca and Fe in the fruits on different bearing branches were not significant.
