唐徕渠灌区节水灌溉思路与对策

Methods and Countermeasures for Water-saving Irrigation in Tanglai Canal Irrigation Area

唐徕渠农田灌溉面积占引黄灌区总灌溉面积的1/5左右,节水潜力巨大。笔者从唐徕渠用水管理现状、存在问题及节水灌溉总体思路等方面进行了阐述,提出了加强唐徕渠灌域用水管理的具体措施,以提高用水效率和水资源的可持续利用,促进节水型社会建设。

Tang canal irrigation area covers about one fifth of the total irrigation area of Yellow River Irrigation Area, it has huge potentiality of water saving. The present status of water management, existing problems and the general idea of the water saving irrigation in Tang canal irrigation area are elaborated in this paper. Some concrete measures to strengthen the water management in Tanglai canal irrigation area are put forward to improve the efficiency of water use and the sustainable utilization of water resources. It is also to promote the construction of water-saving society.
