开窗减压术与传统颌骨囊肿刮治术治疗颌骨囊肿的疗效比较

Comparison of Fenestration and Decompression Technique and Traditional Jaw Cyst Curettage in Treating Jaw Cyst

目的:对比研究实施开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊肿与传统颌骨囊肿刮治术的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2010年5月至2013年5月收治的颌骨囊肿患者94例,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者实施开窗减压术治疗,对照组患者实施传统颌骨囊肿刮治术治疗,对比观察两组患者临床疗效及手术情况。结果:观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛与感染均明显少于对照组,P<0.05;术后远期随访,复发率及神经性并发症率明显低于对照组,囊腔体积缩小程度及骨质增生厚度、骨密度水平均明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:临床实施开窗减压术治疗颌骨囊肿,相比传统刮治术,缩短了手术时间,减少术中出血,有效降低术后疼痛与感染发生率,且随访囊肿腔及壁改善较好,复发与并发症较少,具有更为理想的临床近远期疗效。

Objective： To compare and research the clinical effect of fenestration and decompression technique and traditional jaw cyst curettage in treating jaw cyst .Method：94 cases with jaw cyst treated in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly , the observation group and the control group .The observation group was treated with fenestration and decompression tech-nique, and the control group was treated with traditional jaw cyst curettage .The clinical efficacy and opera-tion condition of two groups was compared .Result：The operation time , bleeding amount in operation , post-operative pain and infection of the observation group was evidently less than that of the control group , P〈0. 05.For the follow-up after operation , the recurrence rate and incidence rate of neurogenic complications of the observation group was evidently lower than that of the control group .The reduction degree of scaling vol-ume, the thickness of hyperostosis and bone mineral density was evidently higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05,which had statistical significance .Conclusion：Compared with traditional jaw cyst curettage , fenestration and decompression technique treating jaw cyst not only can reduce the operation time and reduce the bleeding amount in operation , and effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications , but also can improve the jaw cyst , and has fewer complications , which has anideal clinical efficacy .
