摘要
以丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体、醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为硬单体、丙烯酸(AA)为交联单体、偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂和乙酸乙酯(EVAc)为溶剂,制备了反光布用溶剂型聚丙烯酸酯转移胶。采用单因素试验法优选出制备转移胶的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:当m(EHA)∶m(BA)=1∶1、w(VAc)=19%和w(AA)=10%(均相对于单体总质量而言)时,该转移胶的综合性能优异,并且完全满足反光布的使用要求。
With 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (EHA) and butyl acrylate (BA) as soft monomers, vinyl acetate (VAc) as hard monomer, acrylic acid (AA) as crosslinking monomer, 2,2-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator and ethyl acetate (EVAc) as solvent, a solvent-type polyacrylate transfer adhesive for reflecting fabric was prepared. The optimal process conditions of preparing transfer adhesive were preferred by single factor experiment. The research results showed that the transfer adhesive had the excellent combination property, and could all meet the application requirements of reflecting fabric when mass ratio of m (EHA) :m (BA) was 1: 1, mass fractions of VAc and AA were 19% and 10% respectively in total monomers.
