小梁切除术后硬核白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术

Extraction and intraocular lens implantation for hard-nuceleus cataract after glaucoma trabeculectomy

目的探讨青光眼小梁切除术后硬核白内障摘除的手术技巧和疗效。方法回顾性分析小梁切除术后行小切口硬核白内障囊外摘除人工晶状体植入术58例58眼，术后随访3～6个月，观察术后视力、眼压、并发症等情况。结果术后视力提高，最佳矫正视力〈0．1者3眼，占5．2％；0．1～0．3者13眼，占22．4％；≥0.3者42眼，占72．4％；眼压略有下降，术后并发症少。结论小梁切除术后硬核白内障行小切口白内障囊外摘除术是一种安全有效、经济实用的术式。

Objective To explore the technique and curative effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extracition for the hard-nuceleus cataract after glaucoma trabeculectomy. Methods 58 patients＇ 58 eyes with hard-nueeleus cataract undergoing extracapsular cataract extraction and artificial lens implantation after trabeeulectomy were retrospectively analyzed and followed up for 3-6 months. Their eyesight, intraocular tension, and complications were observed. Results All patients＇ eyesight was improved. The corrected visual acuity of 3 eyes （5.2%） was less than 0.1, 13 eyes （22.4%） 0.1 - 0.3, and 42 eyes （72.4%）≥ 0.3. Their intraocular tension declined little. Few complications were observed. Conclusions Small incision extraeapsular cataract extracition for the hard-nuceleus cataract after trabecula abscission is a safe and effective surgery.
