摘要
在相同SiO2悬浮液浓度下,采用改进的双基片垂直沉积法成功制备了不同膜厚的SiO2光子晶体薄膜。研究发现,通过调节两基片间夹层厚度可以很好地控制样品薄膜厚度,不同厚度SiO2光子晶体的表面形貌也有一定的变化。
In the same concentration of SiO2 suspension,SiO2 photonic crystals with different thickness were successfully fabricated by modifying two-substrate vertical deposition method.It shows that the thickness of the samples can be easily controlled by adjusting the distance between the two substrates.Meanwhile,some changes have taken place in surface morphology of samples with different thicknesses.
