Research on the Information Service Model of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance and Its Develpment Countermeasures

产业技术创新联盟需要构建政府主导下的区域型集群式信息服务体系来推动其发展。知识共享是根本,社会信息服务资源整合是途径,文章在紧紧把握上述两点的基础上,从科技情报机构视角,提出联盟式协同创新环境下开展信息服务的3种模式,并就如何推行提出了政策实施路径。

Industrial technology innovation alliance needs to build regional information service cluster system under the guid- ance of the government to promote its development. Knowledge sharing is the fundamental, social information service resource inte- gration is the way, firmly grasping the above two points, and from the perspective of scientific and technical information institutions, this paper propose 3 modes of information service under the environment of collaborative innovation, as well as the policy implemen- tation path.
