The industry-university-research cooperation is the key strategy to promote the growth of technological innovation ca- pability enterprise in China. From the perspective of knowledge theory, the process of industry-university-research cooperation is the process of knowledge creation for the cooperative parties. Knowledge transfer is the basic behavior of industry-university-research knowledge management, which divides into 3 levels of enterprise, team and individual. The analysis of industry-university-research knowledge transfer mechanism from the perspective of enterprise not only builds a complete industry-university-research knowledge transfer system, but also lays the foundation to deepen the research on industry-university-research knowledge management, as well as creates advantages for the transformation of industry-university-research knowledge theory to the specific enterprise function man- agement behavior.
