摘要
学科服务是高校图书馆在新信息环境下应对用户需求变化所采取的一种新服务机制和模式,学科服务平台是联系学科馆员和学科用户的基础,是服务顺利开展的保障。文章通过对东南大学基于LibGuides学科服务平台的建设和使用的研究,分享使用软件即服务方式构建一个开放、功能强大的学科服务平台的经验,对促进高校的学科服务建设提供借鉴。
Subject service is a new service mechanism and model of university library in response to the changes of user de- mands under the new information environment. Subject service platform is not only the base that connect subject librarian and subject user, but also the guarantee that service develops smoothly. On the basis of the research on the construction and application of subject service platform based on LibGuides of Southeast University, this paper shares the experiments of constructing a open and pow- erful subject service platform by using SaaS, which provide reference for the subject service construction of universities.
