摘要
目的:分析不同生长期太子参中核苷类成分积累的动态变化。方法:采用QTRAP LC-MS/MS技术同时测定太子参样品中13种核苷类成分的含量。结果:太子参核苷类成分中,以胞苷、尿苷、肌苷、乌苷、胸苷含量较高;不同生长期太子参核苷类成分含量有所差异,7月份含量相对较高。结论:太子参核苷类成分的积累与生长期密切相关,其积累高峰期与当地传统采收期基本一致。
Objective: To analyze the dynamic changes of nucleosides and nucleobases in Pseudostellariae Radix at different growth periods. Methods: QTRAP LC-MS/MS method was applied for the analysis of 13 kinds of nucleosides and nucleobases in Pseudostellariae Radix. Results: The contents guanosine and thymidine were higher in Pseudostellariae Radix. The contents were ods; the contents were relatively higher in those grown in July. Conclusion: The nucleobases in Pseudostellariae Radix is closely related to its growth cycle and the of cytidine, uridine, inosine, different at different growth peri- accumulation of nucleosides and conventional collecting time.
