注射用兰索拉唑在输液中的配伍稳定性及联合用药中的配伍禁忌

Compatibility of lansoprazole for injection with four infusion solutions and incompatibility with other drugs

目的:探讨临床上与注射用兰索拉唑与常用输液的配伍稳定性及其在联合用药中的配伍禁忌,为其在临床中的合理使用提供参考,确保患者的用药安全。方法:通过检索国内数据库,查阅近年来有关注射用兰索拉唑在联合用药中存在的配伍禁忌及其在常用输液中配伍稳定性研究的相关文献,并对结果进行分析及总结。结果:注射用兰索拉唑在0.9%氯化钠注射液中配伍6 h内稳定,其与多种药物联合应用存在配伍禁忌。结论:注射用兰索拉唑在临床使用时应采用0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍,同时应充分认识并掌握丹参注射液的配伍禁忌,减少其不良反应的发生。

Objective： To review the compatibility of lansoprazole for injection with four kinds of infusions and incompatibility with other drugs to provide reference for its safe use in clinic. Methods： The reports on compatibility and incompatibility of lansoprazole for injection in domestic medical journals in recent years were collected and reviewed. Results： Lansoprazole for injection was stable in normal saline solutions for 6h and it has incompatibility with many drugs. Conclusion： The lansoprazole for injection should be dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride solution. It is important to have good knowledge about the incompatibility of lansoprazole for injection with other drugs to reduce adverse drug events.
