治疗性沟通系统对急性脑卒中患者焦虑抑郁情绪和治疗依从性的护理干预

Nursing intervention of therapeutic communication system on depression and anxiety emotion and treatment compliance of acute stroke patients

目的探讨治疗性沟通系统对急性脑卒中患者焦虑抑郁情绪和治疗依从性的干预效果。方法将62例急性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组30例和干预组32例。对照组采用常规护理方法,干预组在常规护理方法的基础上实施治疗性沟通系统。2组干预前采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行调查;2组干预后采用SAS、SDS、治疗依从性调查表进行调查。结果干预后2组患者SAS、SDS评分与本组干预前比较均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,干预组下降程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者治疗完全依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗不依从性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗性沟通系统能有效改善急性脑卒中患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者治疗依从性。

Objective To explore effect of nursing intervention of therapeutic communication system on depression emotion and treatment compliance of acute stroke patients. Methods 62 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into control group with 30 patients and intervention group and 32 patients. Control group used conventional nursing method while intervention group conducted therapeutic communication system based on conventional nursing. Self- evalua- tion of anxiety scale （SAS）, depression self rating scale （SDS） was used to investigate in the two groups before intervention. After the intervention, SAS, SDS and treatment compliance questionnaire was used to investigate. Results After intervention, the difference was statistically significant since SAS and SDS scores of patients in two groups significantly decreased compared with intervention before （P 〈 0.05）. Declining degree in intervention group was obviously higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Fully treatment compliance in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）, treatment noncompliance was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Therapeutic communication system can effectively improve depression and anxiety emotion of patients with acute stroke and enhance the patients＇ treatment compliance.
