应用循证护理治疗精神分裂症老年患者的效果评价

Effect of evidence-based nursing on treatment of elderly patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨循证护理治疗精神分裂症老年患者的效果。方法选取本院2011年10月—2013年10月收治的精神分裂症老年患者90例,随机分为循证组和常规组,每组45例,并分别给予循证护理措施和一般护理措施。比较2组患者NOSIE-30评分、依从性及护理满意度。结果循证组NOSIE-30评分、依从性及护理满意度均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上实施积极的循证护理措施能显著提高患者的依从性,改善患者的症状,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of evidencebased nursing （EBN） on the treat- ment of elderly patients with schizophrenia. Methods 90 elderly patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013 were collected and randomly divided into EBN group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The EBN group was conducted with evidence -based nursing measures, while the control group was conducted with conventional nursing measures. Score of NOSIE- 30, clinical compliance of patients and satisfactory degree toward nursing were recorded and compared after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of two groups. Results Score of NOSIE- 30, clinical compliance and satisfactory degree toward nursing in the EBN group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In clinic, application of evidence - based nursing measures in the treatment of elderly patients with schizophrenia can significantly im- prove the clinical compliance of patients and clinical symptoms of patients, so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
