摘要 本文研究了在两相区采用不同碳势对3Cr2W8V热作模具钢进行渗碳表面强化处理。获得了不出现网状碳化物的碳势范围和具有较高硬度和耐磨性的,含大量粒状碳化物呈弥散分布的渗层。装机试验表明,与未经渗碳的模具相比,后者寿命有较大程度的提高。作者还从热力学角度,解释了渗碳过程。 This paper deals with the carburizing surface strengthening treatment of 3Cr2W8V hot die steel prepared with different carbon in dual phase region. The range of carbon potential which didn't show carbide network were found and the diffusion layer of mass nodular carbide dispersion distribution were obtained. It possessed higher hardness and wear resistance. The fitting test showed that, comparing with uncarburized hot die, the service life of the die with carburizing were greatly improved. The author also explained the process of carburizing from angle of thermodynamics.
