南水北调东线山东段沿线水污染现状调查与分析 被引量:8

摘要 对南水北调东线山东省境内 4大流域的水污染现状进行了较全面的调查研究。结果表明 :沿线流域水污染状况严重 ,大部分河流水域呈V类或劣V类水质 ;南四湖和东平湖的污染性质为有机污染 ;沿线工业废水排放量居多 ,生活污水COD负荷略超过工业废水 ;排水收集系统不完善 ,沿河基本未敷设污水截留管或截留能力不够以及现有污水处理设施处理能力较小且分布不均等 ,是造成调水沿线水污染的主要原因。建议进一步加强沿线污染综合治理力度。 The water environment pollution investigation was done in area throughout four river basins in Shandong Province, where the SNWTP will be passed by. Serious pollution was observed along the line. The water quality in most rivers is of level V or less. Nansi Lake and Dongping Lake are polluted generally by organic substances. There are numerous outfalls of industrial wastewater, while the COD load of domestic wastewater seems slightly more than the industrial. The wastewater gathering services are very poor; basically there are no wastewater collectors because the capacity of existing collectors is neglected. Wastewater treatment facilities are insufficient and distributed inconsequently. All these shortages caused water environmental pollution along the SNWTP line. Comprehensive environmental conservation is necessary absolutely.
