肺淋巴管平滑肌瘤病的HRCT表现

High-resolution CT Findings of Pulmonary Lymphangioleiomyomatosis

目的探讨肺淋巴管肌瘤病的HRCT表现,提高诊断水平。方法回顾性分析8例经病理证实的肺淋巴管肌瘤病患者的临床及影像资料。结果两肺均匀弥漫分布的大小不等的薄壁囊腔是诊断该病的主要依据。HRCT不仅能清晰显示其薄壁特征,还能发现常规CT不能显示的小的囊腔。结论肺淋巴管肌瘤病的HRCT表现具有特征性,HRCT对明确诊断以及预后判断具有非常重要的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the high-resolution CT （HRCT） findings of lymphangioleiomyomatosis. Methods HRCT images and clinical data of 8 patient s with pathologically confirmed lymphangioleiomyomatosis were ret respectively analyzed. Results The diagnostic mainstay of lymphangioleiomyomatosis was thin-walled cystic lesion with diffused distribution in bilateral lung. HRCT could show the characteristics of thin walled cystic lesion which conventional CT could not find. Conclusion Lymphangioleiomyomatosis has characteristic findings on HRCT. HRCT is of important significance in the diagnosis of lymphangioleiomyomatosis.
