支气管肺泡灌洗液聚合酶链反应检测TB-DNA在肺结核诊断中的价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨用聚合酶链反应(PCR)法检测支气管肺泡灌洗液中结核分枝杆菌脱氧核糖核酸(TB-DNA)在肺结核诊断中价值。方法回顾分析我院合并有肺结核住院患者78例,均作支气管肺泡灌洗。同时收集灌洗液用PCR定量检测TB-DNA,化学比色法定量检测腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)并涂片镜检抗酸杆菌的结果。结果 78例支气管肺泡灌洗液定量检验值结核分枝杆菌脱氧核糖核酸、腺苷脱氨酶及涂片镜检找抗酸杆菌诊断肺结核的敏感度分别为71.79%(56/78)、37.18%(29/78)、25.64%(18/78)。用PCR检测支气管肺泡灌洗液结核分枝杆菌脱氧核糖核酸诊断肺结核的敏感度显著高于及腺苷脱氨酶定量检验值涂片镜检找抗酸杆菌(P<0.05)。结论采用支气管肺泡灌洗液结核分枝杆菌脱氧核糖核酸(TB-DNA)定量检验值诊断肺结核具有较高价值。
