中西医结合治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎的临床应用体会

Clinical Experience on the Treatment of Tuberculous Exudative Pleurisy with Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

目的观察中西医结合治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎的临床疗效。方法将82例患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组及对照组,每组41例,对照组采用西医抗痨治疗,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用中药治疗;两组均治疗4周后评效。结果对照组41例患者中,治愈18例,有效18例,无效5例,总有效率为80.0%。中西医结合治疗组41例患者中,治愈27例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率95.1%;治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎临床效果较好,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of tuberculous exudative pleurisy. Methods 82 patients were randomly divided into integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group and control group, 41 cases in each group, the control group were treated with antituberculosis therapy, treatment group was added with traditional Chinese medicine treatment based on Western medicine; the two groups were treated for 4 weeks after the benchmark. Results 41 patients in the control group, 18 cases were cured, 18 cases effective, 5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 80%. Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment group of 41 cases, 27 cases were cured, 12 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 95.1%; the total effective rate of treatment group is better than control group. Conclusion The clinical effect of treatment of tuberculous exudative pleurisy better conclusion combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine, low recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
