重组人睫神经营养因子(rhCNTF)对营养性肥胖大鼠减肥作用的实验研究

摘要 胖在21世纪已作为一种疾病被人们普遍关注,从而使减肥药物的研究受到了前所未有的重视。重组人睫神经营养因子(recombinant human ciliary neurotrophic factor,rhCNTF)是第一个运用生物工程技术研发的蛋白多肽类减肥药物。
