高职青年教师思想政治教育面临的困境和对策思考——以珠三角地区高职院校为例

摘要 进入21世纪,我国的高等职业教育迅速发展,高职教育已经占据我国高等教育的半壁江山,成为我国高等教育发展中的一支主力军。高职青年教师的思想政治教育状况直接影响着高职人才培养的质量,关系着高职院校未来的生存发展。阐述了目前青年教师思想政治教育中普遍面临的困境,提出了应对的对策:树立高职教育新观念、提高高职青年教师的社会地位、建立符合高职特点的考核评聘制度、创新教育方式和方法。 In the 21st century, higher vocational education develops rapidly and accounts for half of higher education and becomes a main force of higher education development. Ideological and political education young teachers in higher vocational colleges directly impact on the quality of personnel training and relate to the future survival and development of higher vocational colleges. This paper is discussed the current plight of the ideological and political education of young teachers, and made countermeasures: to establish a new concept of higher vocational education, to improve the social status of young teachers, to establish characteristics assessment promotion system of higher vocational, to innovate educational methods and approaches.
