冷光美白治疗正畸托槽粘结部位色斑疗效的实验研究

The experimental study of the effect of beyond cold-light whitening on the stains in the adhesive area of orthodontic brackets

目的:研究冷光美白治疗对正畸后托槽粘结部位不规则色斑的疗效。方法:离体牙20颗,分成A、B两组,各10颗。A组酸蚀后采用牙釉质粘结剂剂粘结托槽,B组直接采用玻璃离子粘结。将两组离体牙人工染色4周后,拆除托槽并进行冷光美白处理。处理前后分别采用Crystaleye分光光度记型全牙比色仪测量L*、a*、b*值,计算每组牙美白前后的色差△E,运用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:两组样本在美白处理前后的色差△E均>3.7,L*值、a*值、b*值改变明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组样本之间美白处理前后色差值的差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:冷光美白能够有效地消除正畸治疗后托槽粘结部位出现的不规则色斑。

Objective To study the curative effect of cold-light whitening on the irregular stains of the bonded area of orthodontic brackets after being fixed.Methods The method is to divide 20 vitro teeth into group A and group B,each including 10.The brackets of group A are bounded with enamel adhesive after etching,while glass ionic is used directly by group B.After being dyed for four weeks the teeth are taken out.The brackets are removed and whitened by cold-light.The colorimetric value of the samples is measured before and after the treatment through the spectrophotometric color comparator,record the measured L＊,a＊,b＊,and the chromatic aberration delta E is calculated respectively before and after whitening.SPSS 17.0 software is used to make a statistical analysis.Results The chromatic aberration delta E in the two samples is both above 3.7.L＊value,a＊value b＊value change obviously,which have statistical significance （P〈0.05）;The differences between the values of chromatic aberration before and after whitening treatment in both sample are of no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Cold-light whitening treatment can effectively remove the irregular stains in the bounded area of orthodontic brackets.
