自制芩连枇杷膏外用治疗痤疮249例临床观察

The clinical curative effect of self-made Qinlian loquat ointment in the treatment of acne vulgaris:a report of 249 cases

目的:探讨自制芩连枇杷膏外用治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的痤疮患者498例,按随机数字表法将其分成治疗组和对照组,各249例,治疗组外用自制芩连枇杷膏,对照组外用复方片仔癀软膏,统计两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.98%和86.35%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自制芩连枇杷膏外用治疗痤疮疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Qinlian loquat ointment in the treatment of acne observation.Methods 498 patients with acne were selected in our hospital,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 249 cases in each group,the treatment group used self-made Qinlian loquat ointment topical compound pianzaihuang ointment,the control group,two sets of statistics treatment acne effect.Results The treatment group and the control group the total effective rate was 95.98% and 86.35%,the treatment effect was better than the control group （P〈O.05）.Conclusion The self-made Qinlian loquat ointment in the treatment of acne effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
