红蓝光联合抗生素药膜治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of red and blue light combined with antibiotic drugs mask in the treatment of acne vulgaris

目的：观察红蓝光联合抗生素药膜治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效及不良反应.方法：参考Pillsbury分类法Ⅰ ～ Ⅲ级标准诊断寻常性痤疮,选取患者180例.采取随机的方法,将符合要求的患者分为红蓝光治疗组、抗生素药膜组和红蓝光联合抗生素药膜组,每组60例,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级患者各20例.分别进行治疗,对疗效及不良反应进行观察和记录.结果：红蓝光治疗组有效率为70.0％,抗生素药膜组有效率为66.7％,红蓝光联合抗生素药膜组有效率为90.0％.红蓝光联合抗生素药膜组与红蓝光治疗组比较,x2=7.50,αP＜0.01;与抗生素药膜组比较,x2=9.62,βp＜0.01;临床疗效差异有统计学意义,红蓝光联合抗生素药膜组的疗效优于另外两组.红蓝光联合抗生素药膜组治疗中,仅个别患者出现灼热感、皮肤发红等不良反应,但均在2天左右自行缓解,且不影响后续治疗.结论：红蓝光联合抗生素药膜治疗寻常性痤疮是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广.

Objective Observe curative effect and adverse reaction of red and blue combination antibiotic drug in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods According to Pillsbury classification grade Ⅰ ～ Ⅲ standard diagnosis ofacne vulgaris,select 180 patients.Take a random method,will meet the requirements of the patients were divided into red and blue light treatmentgroup,antibiotic drug treatment group and red and blue light therapy combined with antibiotic drug treatment group,60 cases in each group,class Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ of the 20 cases of patients.The treatment respectively,were observed and recorded on the efficacy and adverse reaction.Results Thered and blue light therapy in the treatment group was 70%,antibiotic drugtreatment group was 66.7%,red and blue light therapy combined withantibiotic drug treatment group was 90%.Red and blue light therapy combined with antibiotic drug treatment group with red and blue lighttherapy in the treatment group,x2=7.50,αP〈 0.01;compared with antibiotic drug treatment group,x2=9.62,βP〈0.01;there are significant differences in clinical efficacy,red and blue light effect is better than that of treatment with antibiotic drug treatment groups in the other two groups.Red and blue light therapy combined with antibiotic drug treatment group in the course of treatment,only a few adverse reactions in patients with burning,redness of the skin,but in 2 days or so relieved,and does not affect the subsequent treatmen.Conclusion Red and blue light combination antibiotic drug for the treatment of acne vulgaris is a safe,effective treatment,worthy of clinical application.
