摘要
通过化学共沉淀法制备了Sr0.95WO4∶xEu3+∶(0.05-x)Tb3+荧光粉。采用X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和荧光光谱仪对样品材料的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了表征。分别讨论了在不同反应温度下及稀土离子Eu3+和Tb3+共掺比例变化对荧光粉的发光性能和形貌的影响。结果表明:所得SrWO4∶xEu3+∶(0.05-x)Tb3+样品是由无规则棒组成的发光材料,它们在800℃时,发光性能最好;样品在223 nm紫外光的激发下,在543 nm和614 nm处,呈现出两个主要发光中心,分别归属于5D4→7F5和5D0→7F2跃迁,说明稀土离子Eu3+和Tb3+具有良好的发光性能,同时随着Eu3+和Tb3+掺杂比例的改变,荧光体的发光色度也在不断改变。
Sr0. 95WO4:xEu3 +∶(0. 05-x) Tb3 +phosphors were synthesized by chemical co-precipitation method using SrCl2 and Na2WO4·2H2O as raw materials. The samples were characterized by the X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscopy( SEM) and fluorescence spectrometer( PL). The combustion temperature and concentration of rare earth ions Eu3 +and Tb3 +have influenced on luminescence properties and morphology. The results show that the near-spherical phosphor powders with good luminous intensity were obtained when the temperature was 800 ℃. The emission spectrum excited by 223 nm exhibits two luminescence centers at 543 nm and 614 nm,which are ascribed to5D4→7F5and5D0→7F2transitions,respectively. As the doping ratio changes,the powders appear also in constant changes.
