重视创伤感染的危险因素

The risk factors of traumatic infection

创伤严重程度、创面污染、抗生素使用、导管、气道开放与呼吸机使用以及基础疾病是创伤感染的重要危险因素。预防创伤感染,应从伤后立即开始,早期的正确处理是预防感染的关键。尽量减轻创伤的原发性损害,重视引发感染的各种危险因素,能有效地降低创伤后感染发生。

Trauma severity,wound contamination,use of antibiotics,catheters,airway opening and ventilation,and comorbid diseases are significant risk factors of traumatic infection.Prevention of traumatic infection should focus on the early management immediately after trauma.Reduction of primary injury and control of the risk factors can effectively decrease the occurrence of traumatic infection.
