先天性肺动脉吊带合并气管狭窄的手术治疗（11例报告） 被引量：4

摘要 目的 总结先天性肺动脉吊带合并气管狭窄的手术治疗经验.方法 2010年7月至2014年2月,手术治疗11例先天性肺动脉吊带患者,回顾性总结其临床资料及随访结果.结果 1例肺动脉换位术、10例肺动脉移植术,4例合并重度气管狭窄并手术处理,术后死亡1例,存活患者随访无气管及肺动脉狭窄.结论 先天性肺动脉吊带常合并气管狭窄,早期手术治疗及术后支气管纤维镜治疗可改善其预后.
