急性痛风性关节炎患者并发急性肾损伤的相关因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 急性痛风性关节炎是由于嘌呤代谢紊乱和血尿酸增高而引起的以急性关节炎为主的疾病,同时也可以损害内脏,尤其是肾脏,严重者可以发展为肾衰竭而危及生命。随着人们生活方式、饮食结构的改变和对该疾病的认识程度的提高,痛风和高尿酸血症的发病率越来越高,该疾病与肾脏关系也逐渐引起重视,特别是痛风可以导致慢性尿酸盐肾病和急性肾小管堵塞已为人们所熟知。
