降钙素原在横纹肌溶解综合征的水平及判断疾病严重程度的意义 被引量：1

摘要 横纹肌溶解综合征（rhabdomyolysis,RM）是各种原因引起的肌细胞损伤,电解质、肌红蛋白等细胞内容物漏出并释放入血引起代谢紊乱和脏器功能损伤,是一种具有潜在致命性的临床综合征[1-2];其典型临床表现为肌痛、乏力和茶色尿三联征。
